Texas in 2002 bringing with her a wealth of experience
including
a bachelor’s
degree
in Human Services
from Virginia
Wesleyan
College in
Norfolk,
VA.,
a
background
as a
Marketing
Director
for
the Independent
Living
Senior
Housing
Industry,
and a
speaker
on
caregiver
and
senior
issues.
Carrie's
educational
background,
her
experience
marketing
, as
well as
being a
caregiver
to her
mother
while on
hospice
care for
seven
months
have all
influenced her
to
become a
passionate
senior
advocate
and
motivating
speaker.
She has
a deep
love for
seniors
and
enjoys
promoting
their
cause as
she
accepts
the
reality
that,
"One day
we will
all be
walking
in the
shoes of
those we
honor
and
respectfully

'Our
Seniors.'"
